Notify us as soon as you can - within 14 days. (Email, Ticket or Telephone). Please make sure you have read our returns policy. (see bottom of any website page) 


Please wait for an "RMA number" before returning anything this is a returns reference that we will give you.

We will call or email you with the returns number and label.

Your items must be unused, undamaged and in re-sellable condition.

Please make sure you package it up in the original packaging, preferably with a copy of your order, and instructions regarding exchange or refund.


To Return an item in the UK:

Call us, email us, or open a ticket. We will send you a return label and issue an RMA number. If your original order qualified for free returns we will send you a pre-paid tracked label by email. If you did not qualify for free returns please make sure you use a tracked/insured service to ensure the goods get back to us safely.

Please fix our label to the parcel, use tape if it requires it, and take to the Post Office.


To Return an item in the USA:

Please Call, Email or open a ticket. We will email you a unique UPS returns label. 

Please enclose your instructions, carefully package the shoes and fix our label to the parcel, use tape if it requires it, and take to the nearest UPS Store.

Please do not return anything by any other method - this will incur customs and duty charges on re-entry to the UK

 

To Return an item in the EU and Rest of World:

We do not have a return postage method available to us.

Please use an insured/trackable service to return items.

Keep the tracking reference, it is your responsibility to make sure the shoes reach us undamaged and safely.
